Fabien LAINE, former Head Sommelier, gives us his opinion on our delicate 2021 vintage of Brama. An informed opinion with delicious suggestions for food and wine pairings!

Our plot rises in altitude above Félines-Minervois, a vineyard that offers a spectacular view of the plain, in the distance the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea. It is in this natural setting that Brama takes root, revealing a 100% Grenache Gris, racy and pure on the palate, with a beautiful and elegant texture, carried by its acidity.

The vinification of this vintage responds to our biodynamic philosophy, the process is very natural with minimal interventions. A stirring on lies. Vinified in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation, which leaves a beautiful acidity melted by silky tannins.

“MIDI ma région, mes envies” : Find Château Maris at the Grand Café Occitan!

Château Maris goes perfectly with your dishes!

This weekend, Château Maris was mentioned in the magazine “MIDI ma région, mes envies” because the Château Maris wine has been in partnership with the Grand Café Occitan for several years now.

Tristram Bowden in the kitchen and Ana Dias in the dining room are at the helm of the Grand Café Occitan located in Féline-Minervois. Tristram Bowden reinvents her menu with each service. She highlights local and seasonal products, which promote small businesses in the region.

The vintages of Château Maris were in harmony with a delicious Lapin de Pays à la Moutarde accompanied by small steamed vegetables with herbs and olive oil. A very nice discovery to be enjoyed quietly in a quiet and relaxing corner with friends or family.
