Maris Le Zulu Vin de France If we are talking about gouglou wine, then it should be included in these recommendations. Produced by Château Maris, a goldsmith in the Minervois, this wine in the Vin de France appellation is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. Easy to drink but with character, this wine is unfiltered, without the addition of sulphite and aged in concrete vats. Served at 16 degrees, it’s delicious. ORGANIC. View the article
