Actu.fr : Three restaurants in the Occitanie region join the selection in February
Written by: Huges-Olivier Dumez

The Michelin Guide has just added three new restaurants from Occitanie to its February 2025 selection.
Among them is the Grand Café Occitan, located in Félines-Minervois (Hérault).
This former village café has been transformed into a bistro and wine bar, where British chef Tristram Bowden puts a creative English twist on local products. A well-deserved recognition for this welcoming spot!
Two other establishments also join the guide:
“Chez Suzanne“, in Cahors (Lot), which offers generous and authentic cuisine using seasonal ingredients.
“Le MG by Cécile and Grégory Doucey“, in Frontignan-Plage (Hérault), which highlights ultra-fresh fish and shellfish from the Mediterranean.
These three restaurants enhance the region’s gastronomic scene and confirm Occitanie’s appeal for food lovers.
