Le Zulu

Zulu evokes the care given to nature, the respect for the spiritual energy surrounding us. It is an organic wine made from the Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties and no added sulfites. Lively, fruity, a little salty and juicy, this wine has taken the best from the south of France, a rich fruitiness combined with the taste and good acidity provided by the terroir.

Taste : Delicious aromas of ripe red fruit. The mouthfeel is supple and generous. Grape Varieties : Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Red wine • Vin de France without added sulfites  
Vinification • The grapes are macerated at 28°C in concrete vats for 3 weeks and fermented at 25°C. Extraction is done by breaking the cap and pumping over. We do not add any sulfites, from harvest to bottling. The wine is then aged in concrete vats for 4 to 5 months.
Food pairing • Goes great with pizzas, pasta, everyday dishes
