It was the bistro of a village nestled among the vineyards and forests cascading down from the Montagne Noire, just a few miles from the sea.
A place with a glorious past, where people from the upper and lower Minervois once came to trade wine and pork, olive oil and potatoes — but which, little by little, was slipping into oblivion.
It is now the heart of the village, connecting people, supporting local producers, serving delicious meals.
